My name is Stevie, but you can go ahead and call me Maudlin.
Anime Matsuri is on April 2-4 and right now it's December 6.
Height;; 5'3 Age;; 15 Weight;; 170
I was just wondering if you have any suggestions for me. I have no problem running or exersizing but the thing I need to know is, what exercise exactly should I be working on? The main problem area is my stomach and my thighs. I know I can do crunches and such, but I heard that it doesn't work out all the muscles in your stomach. Is that true...? If so what kind of excersizes can I do to work out everything? Not only that but my as I still live with my parents I eat what they cook. Well, my father cooks alot of meat and we go out to eat a lot. Is there anything I need to cut out? Or just slow down on?
Also, I might be getting the Wii fit and I was just wondering. Does it really work? That also goes with DDR excersising. I've heard of people doing it and loosing a lot of weight. What I want to know is how can I loose weight in a healthy way? I don't really have a goal, because i don't want to get out of control and go on a starvation diet or anything. Any weight lost is wonderful! :D

So, I'm starting to get fidgety about my current weight because ACen is in May which leaves me, what, 162 days to get to my goal-weight?
I'm currently trying to cosplay Meiko Sakine ( a Vocaloid ), Rin Kagamine ( another Vocaloid ), Doll/Freckles ( From Kuroshitsuji ) and Grell Sutcliff, also from Kuroshitsuji.
Height: 5'5" Current Weight: 168-ish lbs Goal Weight: At least 115lbs ( muscle not included? )
Current plan: Well, I'm vegetarian, so I don't eat meat which made me lose 20lbs awhile back, but it didn't really add up to this point. I'm really looking for some sort of exercise to do, but it's winter so I'm frightfully afraid of not being able to go out and jog ( but I will go through with it! ) plus regular physical education at my high school. I've also decided that after today, I'm cutting back eating and such, but my only thing is aside from jogging, what should I do for exercise? I live in a small town in northern Illinois, so I'm not sure what to do.

My name is Tsuki. Well, my real name is Emilee, but I go by Tsuki, mostly.
For one weekend in April, I live in the greatest Heaven ever: TekkoshoCon. It's a small-ish con in Pittsburgh, PA (my hometown). This year, I want to pull off four cosplays (all guys).
I weigh about 155 lbs, and measure around 5 feet high. I know I'm way overweight, but I want to change that. I take karate (go about twice a week), and have started playing Wii Fit again.
For fellow Wii Fitters, do you think about 25 mins a day is enough? I do the Warrior pose (Yoga) daily, and around 20 Jack-knife stretches to tone my abs. After I finish these, I do various aerobics (like the Jog, and Rhythm Step thing) and some balance games if I want. I lose a tiiiiiiny bit each day. My aim, by April, is to be around 120 lbs. Do you think it's possible to lose 30-ish lbs in 5 months? Or should I shoot for 130? I want 120, but if it's too dangerous to lose that much...
Anyway, thanks for creating an awesome community. I was part of this before, but my old LJ got mysteriously deleted (for the second time -_-) I hope this community helps me!~

I haven't lost a single freaking pound at all. I'm really disappointed at my self. I really feel that I tried my hardest on cutting back on how much I eat. I really don't that much anymore. I actually cut out a lot of junk food and soda. I drink more water. I've been practicing yoga more and have been keeping track on how much I walk I even take the longer passageways to get to my class to make sure I get more walking. When i go to places I walk instead of asking for a quick ride. I do some squats and do quick sprints to get to the place i want to be faster. I am I doing something wrong here? Is this normal the first time you started to change your habits? Any thing else I should be doing?
I started at 198 but lost two pounds 196 and wanted to lose two more but I stayed at 196. Just to let you all know

Hello, my name is Kerry. I've been lurking around this journal for a while but I've not really been sure about posting. Though I decided I might as well since losing weight has now become a key goal of mine and as a result I would like to feel more comfortable about the idea of doing a full cos-play 8D
